Our Westminster Cathedral Experience

The Humanities department were delighted to take Year 7 and Year 8 students on a guided visit of Westminster Cathedral on Thursday 8^th February. The visit was a wonderfully uplifting spiritual experience that complimented the boys’ studies of Catholicism as a part of their TPR Common Entrance preparation. The tour of Westminster Cathedral gave the boys a ‘hands-on’ opportunity to learn about the life and practices of the Catholic Church by visiting the ‘Mother Church’ for Catholics in England and Wales. It was a wonderful day out, and all of us at St. Anthony’s School for Boys are thankful to those at Westminster for planning such a fantastic visit for us!
