Castles and conquests at St Anthony’s

On Wednesday , Year 2 were lucky to experience life in the age of castles and conquest! They learned all about the construction and deployment of castles by planning, building and testing their very own castle with a real-life siege! The Past Presents team also taught the boys all about the different figures in the medieval world and how power was shared amongst them.
The all day workshop tied in nicely with the current year 2 history unit on knights and castles!
