Thursday 3rd November saw St. Anthony’s first musical concert of the academic year. The school hall was full to brimming with a captive audience, keen to see their sons’ musical talents on show – and what an evening it was. Highlights included DE playing the violin to NS on guitar, AP delighting the audience with the first movement of Beethoven’s Sonata Facile, NT’s Sarabande by E.Grieg on the piano and who could possibly forget DS’s rendition of Bach’s 11 Invention.
Musical expression and talent is something that is core to the St. Anthony’s curriculum and we applaud all boys who participated in this remarkable evening. Well done!
