"The beginning of my second year of my Headmastership has provided a strong sense of déjà vu: the school was once again inspected and, I am delighted to say, received another wonderful assessment of what it is trying to achieve. I have been tremendously fortunate to receive the proactive support of my Governors. The new year has started with the provision of an outstanding, state-of-the-art music school and drama/music studio. The opening of the new Reception Class has been a great success: this has given us the confidence to open a second Reception Class for September 2012. We have welcomed some excellent new staff, including, this January, Mr Simon Detre as Deputy Headmaster (from Westminster Abbey Choir School).
